Cancelling a plan

With BetterRoaming, you are not committed to a long-term contract. You can cancel your plan online at any time by logging into your account and deactivating the auto-renewal option.  

You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. Please bear in mind that once you reach the end of the paid billing period you will not be able to recover your current phone number. If you choose to reactivate your watch plan in the future, you will receive a new phone number.
