Changing devices

If you wish to transfer a BetterRoaming plan from one Apple Watch to another, simply go online to the plan detail page and select Transfer Plan.

Please note that you can only transfer a BetterRoaming plan to an Apple Watch that has no other currently active mobile data plan or free trial (from BetterRoaming or otherwise).


Switching between iPhones 

If you would like to pair your watch to a different iPhone, follow the following steps: 

1. Make sure both the phone and watch are running the lastest OS. If not, update your OS by going to General > Software Update. Back up the old iPhone before continuing 

2. Make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi network 

3. Ensure that the watch and both phones are sufficiently charged 

4. Follow the instructions at Apple Support
